How we work

Two building blocks that work together.

We get your company ready for a wide range of use cases — with our assessment. And we help you implement a concrete use case. Both can be combined, taken in sequence, or booked independently — and everything in between is possible too.

1
Is our company ready for AI?

We check whether the fundamentals are right: the right model, the necessary data access, and a clear description of the goal — so you're equipped for a wide range of use cases.

AI-Readiness Assessment
2
How does an idea become something real?

We assess a concrete use case for feasibility and viability — and then build it, including go-live and knowledge transfer to your team.

Use Case Assessment & Implementation

You don't have to start with building block 1. Wherever you stand today — we start exactly where you need us.

What we offer

Two clear services, matching the two building blocks.

At a glance, here's what we offer. For the details — process, who's involved, what you receive at the end — click on either service.

01

AI-Readiness Assessment

We analyze your company's current state along our 3-pillar model — so that AI initiatives, once the need arises, can be implemented with minimal effort. Only once model, data access, and goal description align can AI actually deliver what's expected of it. For each pillar, we examine both the substance itself and whether your organization and know-how are already sufficient.

Intelligence

The right models, capable of actually solving the task at hand.

What we check
Model fit Does classical ML, an LLM, or a combination fit the task?
Build vs. buy Is custom development worthwhile, or does an existing solution cover the need?
In-house know-how Is there enough expertise to evaluate and operate a model — or does it need to be built up?

Rights

The permissions to access the necessary data and information — the relevant ones, at the right time, in the right form.

What we check
Data availability Is the relevant data technically accessible and of usable quality?
Legal basis Do data protection rules, contracts, and regulatory requirements permit the planned access?
Accountability Who within the company is allowed to grant the necessary access rights — and can actually do so?

Context

The clear task and goal description, so that the model — with the necessary permissions — knows exactly what to do to reach the goal.

What we check
Goal definition Is the goal described precisely enough for a model to act on it concretely?
Stakeholder clarity Are responsibilities and decision paths around the initiative clarified?
Process fit Does the use case fit existing workflows, or do these need to be adapted first?
Output for you

Your company is AI-ready: use cases can be implemented, key foundational questions are already settled — you no longer lose time on groundwork once actual implementation begins.

Process
01
Initial discussion & alignment

Together we clarify your goals and tailor the assessment to your organization and starting point.

02
Workshop along the three pillars

Over one to two half-days, we jointly analyze your company's intelligence, rights, and context.

03
Evaluation & results report

You receive a clear assessment of where you stand, with concrete next steps.

Who should attend: Ideally senior or departmental leadership plus someone with an overview of IT/data — depending on company size, 2–4 people.
The approach is standardized but adapted for each client to their goals and organization. This alignment happens together with you beforehand, so the workshop runs as efficiently and purposefully as possible.
02

Use Case Assessment & Implementation

We assess a concrete use case along our 3-pillar model and advise on feasibility, scalability, and viability. If a well-thought-out use case is already in place — whether from our own assessment or defined elsewhere — we can also take on implementation: from technical design through development and testing to go-live, with the same rigor we bring from regulated environments.

Use Case Assessment

Feasibility, scalability, and viability of the concrete use case.

Feasibility
Technical feasibility Does a solution exist that solves the task with reasonable effort?
Functional feasibility Can the business logic even be described clearly enough?
Data availability Is the required data available, and is it accessible?
Data quality Is the data quality sufficient to produce reliable results?
Scalability
Volume & load Does the solution hold up under more usage, data, or requests?
Organizational sustainability Can operations be sustained long-term with available resources?
Viability
Cost-benefit ratio Does the expected benefit justify build and run costs?
Prioritization How does the use case compare to alternatives?

Design

Technical architecture and solution design, including the build-vs-buy decision.

Development

Building and integrating the solution into your existing system landscape.

Testing

Functional testing and validation against the requirements from the blueprint.

Go-live

Handover into live operation, including knowledge transfer to your team.

Output for you

A blueprint of the use case with clearly defined requirements — and, if desired, a use case in production, guided by two consultants who know the project from initial idea to live operation.

Process
01
Initial discussion & scoping

We discuss the use case and the goal behind it, so the workshop is targeted to your specific question.

02
Workshop along the three pillars

Together we assess the use case for feasibility, scalability, and viability.

03
Blueprint & handover

You receive the finished blueprint, including functional and technical requirements as the basis for implementation.

04
Design & development

If you choose to move forward with implementation, we build the use case in close coordination with your team and integrate it into your existing system landscape.

05
Testing

We validate the solution against the requirements from the blueprint before it goes live.

06
Implementation & go-live

The use case moves into live operation, including knowledge transfer to your team.

Who should attend: The person responsible for the use case plus someone with an IT/data background — typically 2–4 people, joined by the relevant additional contacts once implementation begins.
Assessment and implementation can be combined seamlessly, booked separately, or taken at different times — depending on where you stand today and what you've already clarified. The approach is standardized but adapted for each client to their goals and organization. This alignment happens together with you beforehand, so the workshop and implementation run as efficiently and purposefully as possible.
